Diebolt Lumber can special order practically anything to fit your needs. Please call our sales team at 888-444-4346 for help with any product.
Some special order products may be available online. Our products arrive from our warehouse by trucks at random times. Allow 7 to 14 calendar days for specially ordered product to be received and processed. If you choose to pick up your special order in store, please calls the store at 888-444-4346 to ensure product delivery and to schedule your pick-up during normal store hours.
Special order merchandise is merchandise that has been chosen and approved by you for a specific purpose. Therefore, special order merchandise must be paid for, in full, and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Our delivery policy relates to deliveries within our delivery area made by Diebolt Lumber trucks. We deliver product to a limited area. If delivery by Diebolt Lumber trucks is available for your order, the option will show up at Checkout. If you have special delivery circumstances, please call our store and talk with our sales team *before* placing an order.
Our Delivery Goals:
Please note that there is almost always a fuel charge and a shipping charge added to every delivery that we make with one of our trucks. The customer assumes all responsibility for any damages caused by trucks delivering beyond street pavement. After a customer places an online order for delivery by Diebolt Trucks, the customer must call the store to ensure product availability and schedule a time for delivery within our delivery hours. Deliveries are scheduled in the order received.
Customers may pick-up online order in our store *free* of additional charges. After placing an online order, the customer should call the store to ensure product availability and schedule a pick-up time during store hours. Orders picked up in our store may take 24 to 48 hours to process if the product is in stock. Please allow an additional 7 to 14 calendar days for out of stock items.
We work to ensure prompt processing of your order. In most circumstances, orders for in-stock merchandise will be processed within 1 to 2 business days of clearing payment. Orders for merchandise not in stock may take an additional 7 to 14 calendar days. Diebolt Lumber does not guarantee processing times for online orders. Pick-up by third-party carriers is generally limited to weekdays and is dependent upon which carrier the customer selects at Checkout. Shipment of hazardous and oversized products is limited by the third-party carrier, but are available for In-Store Pick-up. Diebolt Lumber reserves the right to substitute any out of stock or discontinued item with a equal or greater valued like item.
Diebolt Lumber's online store does not provide order cancellation. Please carefully check your shopping cart before placing an order. If a problem arises during the order process, please e-mail our webmaster at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Online purchases are deemed the responsibility of the customer. Please carefully review your shopping cart before placing an order. Diebolt Lumber will not accept returns of product except in cases of defective merchandise, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Diebolt Lumber's Management Team.
Within 24 hours of the customer's receipt of defective merchandise, the customer must notify Diebolt Lumber at 620-496-2222 in order for the merchandise to be considered eligible for return. Diebolt Lumber assumes no responsibility for the mishandling of merchandise by the third-party carrier or the customer. Please refer to your selected third-party carrier's liability policies regarding merchandise. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning a product.
Returned merchandise may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and transaction fees.
